Meet the Farm BackOffice Team

Tim will have overall responsibility for the work undertaken and for the quality and consistency of our service. Tim a graduate of Seale Hayne Agricultural College qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 with a Top 4 Firm in Bedford before gaining valuable commercial and rural experience working as a management accountant for a large farming business on the edge of the Fens. He joined UHY in 1997 and became a director in 2000. Tim heads up our specialist rural and agricultural service offering and is chair of UHY’s national rural and agriculture working group which he established several years ago.


Graham Boar


As a taxation services director, Graham is responsible for all of the firms’ private clients, ensuring tax compliance whilst providing added value and advisory services to them. Graham joined UHY in 2003 and became a director in 2015. As well as being a Chartered Accountant Graham is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners (STEP) which reflects his specialism of capital tax and estate/succession planning. Whilst not a day-to-day contact for your business, Graham will be involved with any project based tax planning matters or giving specialist tax input to the engagement team.


Natasha Root


Natasha is a Chartered Accountant who lives and breathes farming. She has been working with rural businesses for over eight years and draws on her knowledge and experience of living on a farm. Natasha specialises in getting under the skin of rural businesses ensuing that the accounting systems provide owners with accurate and helpful information on which to base decisions.


Andrew Redman


Andrew is a farmer’s son hailing from Bedfordshire and is an active member of his local young farmers club. Andrew recently qualified as a chartered accountant and has an audit background, allowing him to bring his commercial experience to the rural and agricultural team. Now qualified, Andrew is combining his farming and commercial knowledge to the benefit of our rural client base.
